Preventive physical activities

-Diagnosis of the plantar arch
-It's easier and cheaper to prevent than to treat!

The aim of the campaign is to detect and diagnose pathological deviations of the foot, such as:

– flat foot (pes planus, pes transversus)

– hollow foot (pes excavatum)

– valgus foot (pes valgus)

– hallux valgus, etc.

What does flat foot mean?

Flatfoot is a pathological condition that affects the statics of the foot. Specialists consider it to be a condition of the modern man. There are many causes, among them we can list disorders in the growth process or a mechanical overstrain that facilitates the onset of the disease. Sedentary lifestyle and living conditions negatively influence the formation and maintenance of plantar arches. As a conclusion, the longitudinal and transverse plantar arch collapses and the patient experiences fatigue and pain in the foot and calf.

The condition of the plantar arch and foot greatly influences the statics of the spine!

These pathological deviations are treated by physiotherapy and regular use of corrective plantar supports. Severe cases require surgery.
